LIFE

YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO LIFE!!! You are not a plant, an animal, or an inanimate object. You are a human being endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights, one of which is the RIGHT TO LIFE, which you shall not be deprived of without due process of law.

You have the right to defend yourself from ANYONE attempting to deprive you of your right to life. NO ONE has the authority or right to deprive YOU of your life without due process.


LIBERTY

What is Liberty?
The Supreme Court stated in Meyer vs Nebraska:

“Without doubt, it [liberty] denotes not merely freedom from bodily restraint but also the right of the individual to contract, to engage in any of the common occupations of life, to acquire useful knowledge, to marry, establish a home and bring up children, to worship God according to the dictates of his own conscience, and generally to enjoy those privileges long recognized at common law as essential to the orderly pursuit of happiness by free men.”


PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS

The Pursuit of Happiness sounds vague but as the Supreme Court stated, it goes hand in hand with Liberty. How does one pursue happiness? By living one’s life free from unreasonable restraint! You have the RIGHT to provide for your family, to worship, to gather with others, to work, to pursue education, and so on.

The 9th Amendment states that the rights of the people are not limited to only those listed in the Constitution. The Founding Fathers did not list out every single right so they utilized the blanket statement of Pursuit of Happiness and later the 9th amendment was added to further emphasis this.

Amendment XIV
Section 1.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
